Does anyone believe this story about Brett Favre? If you have not heard, Favre has been accused of sending inappropriate pictures and messages to a former New York Jets employee. In my personal opinion, I don't think it actually happen because low-end people try to expose professional ball players to get themselves publicly recognized. Even though Favre's news conference seemed a bit shaky with him not declining the accusation, the situation is still up in the air and is currently in review by the league.
I bet it happened. It seems like it wouldn't have but at the same time I think athletes think they can get away with stuff like Big Ben. Whatever it may be it shouldn't have come to this regardless.
ReplyDeleteI definitely feel as if it could have happened just for the sole fact that he did not deny it in the press conference. If it was undoubtedly, the New York Jets employee just trying to get attention and bring harm to Favre's career then I feel as if he would have said so. At this point in time, almost anything is possible and certain athletes feel as if they are above the law, which is not right, but it happens. When this is the case, such incidents as this one occur and cause issues for not only the player, but for the general public as well. These players are idols to many and really, who wants to look up to someone like this or have their children idolizing someone of this demeanor?
